Marija Živković Milić is a founder of and a partner in “Lukšić & Živković Milić” Law Firm.

She was born in 1982. After having graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro in 2005, she worked at the Center for Democracy and Human Rights (CEDEM-u) and the Law Firm of Dragoljub R. Đukanović. In 2009, after having passed the judicial exam and being registered on the List of Attorneys of the Bar Association of Montenegro, Marija continued to work at the same Law Firm as an attorney. Since 2013 she has been independently practicing law as a founder of and a partner in “Lukšić & Živković Milić“ Law Firm.

During her work, Marija gained significant experience in representation in civil proceedings before all instances and in commercial disputes. She is primarily practicing law of obligation (contract) and commercial law (statutory and business), but she is also experienced in other branches of law such as property interest, protection of intellectual property, labor and family law.

In 2014, Marija was appointed as an Adjudicator for the Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes of Montenegro.

She speaks English.
